FX Project Lead/Administrator (Banking, Technology, Asset Classes, FX, Budgets, Coordination)
My Client is a Global Investment Bank in need of multiple a hybrid Project Lead/Project Administrator with FX Change experience to join a busy space in their Technology Change function.
Ideally, a background in Investment or Corporate Banking is desired, but wider financial services will be considered if the skill set is relevant. Responsibilities include the whole remit of a Project Lead/Administration role, including coordination, so the ideal candidate will be hands on, delivery focused as well as a contributor to strategy and best practice.
Essential experience: Front to back knowledge of FX business flows, understanding of Front Office, Operations, Product control and Risk management in a sales and trading operation.
A background in consulting could be a benefit, but only if experience is hands on and delivery focused, rather than managerial and oversight. Support of complex, global change programmes in previous roles is a must as is the experience of working with stakeholders based across different time zones and cultures.
Also, recognised qualifications such as PMI, PMP or Prince 2 are a must as is knowledge of project and programme management methodologies. A degree in a technical field is also desired. Please read this advert carefully before applying.
