SuccessFactors LMS consultant
My Belgium client is currently looking for a SuccessFactors LMS consultant for an opportunity based in Luxemburg. (Majority of the work is remote)
The SuccessFactors LMS consultant will perform the following responsibilities
- My Client shall organize upfront a training for the participants of the Global Workshop, in order to allow a good understanding of the Module.
- Integration/interfacing for user data, competency catalog, organizational structure is set up via SuccessFactors standard connectors between the Methodology and LMS.
- Due to the fact that my client is already using SuccessFactors, already took part in SuccessFactors projects and because we understood my client aims for one standard process that can be used for all, we will apply a 2 iterations approach to optimize the solution as much as possible to my client requirements
- Scope of the LMS implementation: key assumptions.
- General - LMS functionality
- Scope of Project is limited to the functionality available within LMS (including Best Practice process and implementation input provided by Capgemini)
- Incremental costs associated with 3rd party software and/or services from these 3rd party providers or others are not foreseen in the Price
- Reporting
- Ad hoc reporting will be possible via ORD (Online Reporting Designer). This will be explained in the training so that the Customer can use this SuccessFactors specific reporting tool on top of the foreseen standard reports.
- The specific INFPC report for Luxembourg Government is not delivered by SuccessFactors in the Standard Package, however my client built this specifically for other clients. Therefore this report is included in our scope.
- Data Migration
- Data extraction from current system, data cleansing and providing data in SuccessFactors format shall be realized by the Customer
- In order to stay aligned with the 2 iterations that we proposed for the LMS module, the data uploads (mainly courses uploads) we also foresee 2 loops of LMS data uploads.
TheSuccessFactors LMS consultant will IDEALLY HAVE AT LEAST 65% of the following skills:
- SuccessFactors Employee Central roll out experience
- Time Off knowledge
- SuccessFactors EC configuration experience
- adhoc reporting experience
