Description
Core Job Duties:
* Project manager for S4/Hana implementations globally.
* Responsible for the entire life cycle of S4/Hana implementations, from blueprinting to go-live.
* Manage a diverse team, including many who are remote.
* Responsible for executive communication on project status, up to and including steering committee level.
* Detailed experience in the vendor management process; RFQ, budget and scope tracking, escalation management, conflict resolution, contract negotiation, scorecards, archiving, audit requirements and full documentation.
Education & Experience:
* Experience leading at least two SAP FICO and SuccessFactors ECC6 or S4/Hana implementations, preferably on Public Cloud
* Deep experience with SAP implementation methodology, specifically as it involves S4/Hana implementations.
* Some experience in the solution architecture phase of an SAP implementation project.
* At least 10 years experience with SAP implementations (ECC, S4/Hana, SuccessFactors)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
* Experience in Finance and HR functional areas of SAP FICO and SuccessFactors is a plus.
* PMP certification is required
* Intimate familiarity with all aspects of an SAP implementation project; Blueprint phase, architecture, configuration, testing, training and go-live
* Ability to resolve complex problems as they arise during the implementation with minimal impact to schedule and project scope.
* Excellent listening, communication and speaking skills, written and verbal at all levels
