PIXIE services are currently working with a leading organisation based in Paris , who have/are going through a recent SAP implementation project, which has seen part of the solution go live.
As a result of this the client is looking to hire on a contract/freelance basis an experienced ERP/SAP Support manager to cover and have experience of;
- Preparing a Service Catalog
- Preparation of KPIs and SLA;
- Organize and reduce the open tickets on the support side;
- Make a follow up with the customers;
- Organize a knowledge Base to prepare L1 for a better support
Those applying NEED to be at least business level in terms of French language skills, ideally with English also, and ONLY those currently able to work in France/EU can be considered, with NO exceptions.
