SAP Change Manager, SAP global template, Communictions, Impact of Change, Stakeholder Management, Training

We are currently looking for a SAP Change Manager, Hungarian and English speaking for a contract role.

Main responsibilities

  • Full accountability for all change management related activities
  • Coach, mentor and advisor to Super Key/Users, local site and deployment team on the OCM Framework and requirements
  • Supports Leadership in managing resistance to change.
  • Brief Leadership on the OCM framework, their accountabilities and responsibilities through the deployment.
  • Undertake Super User Capability Assessments at given points in the deployment to ensure Super User skills are being closely monitored, encourage open conversations with functional teams about progress and help ensure SUs are getting the support they need to be successful.
  • Set up and Lead Change Network as a communication platform between Super Users, project member, leadership and SME's.
  • Develop local change management plan that is aligned to the global change management strategy
  • Coach Super User group as they carry out key responsibilities (communication, impacts of change, role mapping, training, UAT, cut over).
  • Provide a feedback mechanism between SU and deployment team
  • Weekly progress reporting to wider project team and Central OCM
  • Ensure tollgate criteria is met for OCM activities at each phase.
  • Contribute to the evaluation of the change management toolkit for future developments

Mandatory

Solid experience working as a SAP Change Manager for SAP implementation projects

Languages: Hungarian and English are a must for this role

Note: Non Hungarian speaking candidates will not be considered for this role.
