Job Title: Customer Master Data Analyst
Location: Andover, MA
Duration: 8 months (Possibility for Extension)
Customer Master Data Analyst
The primary responsibility of this position is to increase the quality of the customer master data for North America. This role will receive requests for both the creation of new customers and the request to change current customer master data. In both cases, this person will be responsible for receiving, analysing and either approving, rejecting or requesting additional information in accordance with the agreed to turnaround time.
The characteristics the person in this role should have are the following:
- Exceptional skills in both written and verbal communication
- Good analytical skills
- Experience with SAP
- Experience with master data processes and systems (Vertex, Informatica, or Taxware)
- Experience with SalesForce.com
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and business requirements over time
- Able to translate business changes to process changes to ensure process stays current with
requirements - Quality focused
- May guide Data Operations execution team towards proper customer request solution/completion.
- Will participate or provide input into key process improvement areas including new business system implementation
- Experience with business workflow processes and tools.
- Experience with Data cleansing and standardization tools (Trillium, Address Doctor, Informatica)
