Description

Our client is looking for an experienced Cards Campaign Support/Customer Management contractor to join their Edinburgh team on an initial 6 month basis. Reporting into the Head of Cards, you will be responsible for providing existing customer management support (ECM).

Additional duties may include:

* Provide insights into local and global ECM best practices
* Identify opportunities to enhance the Back Book performance
* Develop a Customer Management plan of campaigns and initiatives
* Develop these campaigns based on data, analysis and business objectives
* Develop business cases to support all campaigns and plans
* Review ECM performance
* Review back book performance
* Analyse customer trends
* Work closely with marketing to ensure the implementation of ECM plans
* Develop plans for the ECM

To be considered for this role, you must have similar experience within Customer Management/Campaign Management, preferably within Cards and Existing Customer Management. You will likely be working for a Financial Services organisation in a similar style of role and working on similar styles of customer bases/campaigns.

You must be comfortable dealing with senior stakeholder and have excellent communication skills.
