Next Link Solutions are ready to hire a Support Executive for a crucial and very complex project, where all your supporting skills will be tested.

This very exciting and critical project is in a global and highly sought after company in semiconductor industry in the Netherlands.

Job description:

  • Help Desk Support:
    - Call intake, registration & prioritization primarily)
    - Call resolution and closure (if in own span of control)
    - Call dispatch to other services/helpdesks
    - Monitor status of the open calls
    - Execute Standard Change Procedures (create, modify and remove user accounts)
    - Reporting

Primary skill set:

  • 2 - 3 years experience in Helpdesk role

  • Good Communication Skills

  • MS Office

  • Good fluency in Dutch and English
