Surveyor Support Officer - 18 Month Contract
The RZ Group are currently working closely with a large Financial Services company based in the West Midlands area, they are looking to recruit a Surveyor Support Officer on an 18 month contract to cover maternity leave. This position would suit someone with great organisational ability, who is efficient and proactive, has a good eye for detail and can demonstrate excellent communication skills.
- To support the valuation instruction process and provide direct support to the Regional Surveyors. You will also assist other business areas with valuation queries.
- Ensure all valuations are processed within agreed SLAs
- Deal with requests or enquires arising throughout the valuation process
- Assist surveyors to ensure all regulatory requirements are adhered to and ensure corporate subscriptions are kept up-to-date
- Assist other business areas to ensure audit requirements are complied with and the appropriate industry recognition achieved
The working hours will be 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (one hour for lunch). A flexible approach to working hours is required.
