Description
Scrum MasterWe are looking for a profile for a standard Scrum Master role which requires good experience of having been part of a scrum team and delivered agile projects.
Therefore business analyst and project management skills are expected besides good communication and stakeholder skills .
Familiarity with standard CRM packages like Saleforce, MS Dynamics, Siebel
Knowledge of Telco business processes (BSS)
Telecom preferred not essential
