Description:
- The Cost Accountant plans, directs, coordinates and manages activities of cost accounting, accounts payable, inventory valuation, rolling forecasts and annual budgets. Responsibilities include; assisting in month end close of the general ledger, conducting physical inventories and monitoring cycle count programs, making estimates of new and proposed product costs, analysing material, labor, overhead expenses, materials consumed, capitalized costs, and reasons for variations.
- This position is responsible for maintaining all cost information in Legacy MRP system and SAP.
