I am currently looking for a new Marketing Executive to join my client's global healthcare organisation, based in Loughborough.

You will be tasked to lead on the product launch from our new portfolio in critical and chronic wound care where we sell predominantly into the NHS and other healthcare markets. Taking the lead on the portfolio and core product area, you will accountable for a multi-million pound portfolio. This position is central to assist in the global strategic priority for the portfolio, with multiple projects ongoing around prioritisation, customer insights and NPI.

This role is central to the UK activation of these plans. The successful candidate must be able to shape the concept and have the ability and experience to influence and direct senior levels of management, bringing products to market and working alongside colleagues in marketing and sales to deliver the programmes goals.

Key Job Responsibilities

*Strategic Planning - Devise and execute the strategy to deliver sales and operating income OP for the securement category.
*Programme Delivery - Deliver the new programme across the division, working closely with fellow marketers to position our company as thought leaders in this space.
*Lead NPIs - Identify, assess and launch appropriate NPI into the UK market in support of growth plans.
*Bids and Tenders - Work closely with the sales and commercial teams to anticipate, prepare and respond to bids and tender activities across the securement portfolio.
*Promotional materials management -Create and deliver promotional materials in support of the portfolio. To include sales team insights, approval process management, iPresent updates and resource discontinuation as required.
*Securement communication plan management - Exploiting both internal and external, on-line and off line methods of communications to deliver our key messages to our target audience. Demonstrate effective measurement and ROI.
*Sales team support - Support sales team in the creation of tailor-made tools and resources to support key customers/accounts and drive growth.
*A&P Management - Manage the A&P budget for securement to deliver key strategies. Ensuring ROI and effective communication in line with the budget management process.
*Market intelligence gathering - Gather and share market intelligence aligned to target markets, customers and competitors. I
*MM&T Support - support the MM&T (Medical Materials and Technology) business marketing planning process. Proactively manage price expectations and support key customer events/conferences as required.

*Strong background in Marketing - Medical is highly desirable.

Qualifications

*Degree level preferred in Marketing or Business Studies
