Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of professional experience on infrastructure area
- Proven experience in technical project management
- Strong technical background on infrastructure technologies
- Degree level expected: University degree
- Project certifications are an asset
- Large SAP system landscape (ERP, BI, WM, SMP, PO, SolMan)
- Infra/Workplace: 350 Servers, VM/Windows/Linux
- Network: Cisco
- Large technical project portfolio; examples of 2016 projects:
- SAP technical upgrade
- Upgrade from Windows 2003 to 2012
- Data classification
Description of work:
- Project initiation in collaboration with service owner(s):
- Identify opportunities to develop service improvement projects and reduce TCO in the area of SAP Basis, Infrastructure
- Capture and formalize the requirements in Project Initiation or IT PMC documents
- Conduct Risk Analysis and devise appropriate Mitigation Strategies
- Management of Demand Request with technical providers
- Operations:
- Support service owner in operational aspects of the role:
- Service request fulfillment
- Access rights
- Incident/change management (scope - infrastructure/SAP Basis)
- Infra support and technical expertise for incident, problem, change process
- Get approval of those projects after alignment with stakeholders and proper business case definition
- Monitor project execution
- Improvement of the quality of the infrastructure demands and review/validation of answers sent to providers
- Support service owner in operational aspects of the job
