Senior Project Manager Rail/Avionic (m/f)

Description

• Manage large projects in a high reliability environment (rail or aircraft electronic)
• Active project monitoring, controlling (scope, costs, time, quality etc.) and reporting
• Manage, control and evaluate sub-contractors/3rd-parties/project partners (on a technical,
commercial and organisational scale)
• Give clear guidance to the international team (set the objectives, clear work split etc.)
• Perform throughout the project life cycle active stakeholder management (customer, project team, internal organisation etc.) and efficient communication

• Profound experience in project management
• Profound experience in managing large complex projects of different project environments
• Background in a high reliability industry (e. g. rail, aircraft or automotive)
• Knowledge of PM methods concerning efficient project organisation including roles and responsibilities, duties and collaboration (also with customers and partners)
• Experience in leadership methodologies (e. g. team development, motivation, conflict management etc.)
• PM certifications are beneficial
• German and English language skills
