Senior Retail Technical Lead Needed

Key role:
* Realization of contractual arrangements with the various external service of Carrefour
* Monitor the correct implementation of these contracts, and in particular that the agreed service levels are achieved monthly. Drafting and coordinating action plans need to monitor the SLA (Service Level Agreement).
* Checking the billing of these services
* Organizing the various follow-up meetings with these service providers (both operational and Service Review Meetings)
* Coordinate the solution for complex incidents where different service providers need to intervene
* Implement problem management
* Implement efficient support processes and procedures
Experience in the Retail sector is a +
Seniority: min 10 years in similar roles
Fulltime onsite (Brussels/Evere)
Starting assignment ASAP, for a duration of 3 to 6 months (a priori)
Languages: FR/NL/EN (spoken/written)
