On behalf of one of our client, an international financial institution, located in Switzerland and Luxembourg, we are searching for external support for the Luxembourg location with skills and abilities as stated below:
Consultant (f/m) customer documentation - Luxembourg B013
Tasks:
- Check the account opening documents and identification documents of legal entities for their completeness and correctness according to VSB08 and internal directives and directives
- Capture and scan account formalities
- Check and release of collected data and account formalities
- Collection of formalities
- Request missing documents/information
- Support the front in questions of customer documentation
Skills:
- Commercial apprenticeship (banking theory advantageous) or equivalent training
- At least 1 to 3 years of professional experience in the field of customer documentation of legal persons
- Good knowledge in the evaluation and processing of account and customer documents
- Knowledge of the rules for the care of the banks (VSB08)
- Knowledge of German and English in spoken and written (absolute necessary), additional languages of advantage
- Quick approach, high commitment, reliable, accurate and efficient operation
- Responsible, team- and communication-capable personality

Start: 01.01.2017 ( start into the project by April 30, 2017 is acceptable )
