The Corporate IT Delivery team is looking for a skilled senior project manager to help approved Markets localise, pilot and launch the new Digital Services for their customers. Crucial to the effectiveness of this role will be the engagement with the market teams, our digital partners, suppliers and other IT teams to ensure on-time, on-budget and high quality deliverables.

The role is responsible for leading and managing several streams of work:

Digital Strategy and Programme Planning:
o Assist the Digital Deployment Director build and maintain the digital deployment plan for that aligns with leadership direction and Market Segment priorities.
o Develop a close working relationship and partnership with the Digital COE. This will be essential to ensuring that IT build the digital platform for each market with the correct business capabilities from the outset and then support it as it is launched and activated.
o Follow SDLC best practice including the creation of the IT project charter, project plan, issue log, risk log and project status reports in collaboration with other teams/stake-holders.
Digital Commerce Product Localisation & Market Delivery
o Provide Corporate IT support and leadership to markets approved to pilot and launch Digital Offers.
o Help European Market IT teams to understand the impact of Digital Technology to their team and to the Restaurant Technology stack. Ensuring the Markets successfully launch and support Digital Commerce is a key factor for this role. This means defining and maintaining a digital commerce IT localisation model taking integration to other IT systems, such as Point of Sale and Kiosk, into account.
o Define and be able to communicate the pre-requisites for adopting, testing and managing a digital commerce project and suite of new products in a market. An understanding of systems architecture is important in order to understand the integration requirements, data migration needs, and the technology stack being deployed.
o Work with the Digital Technology COE, Digital Adoption Partners and other vendors to define feature implementation and localisation guides, IT training material and feature configuration standards.
o Set-up the initial deployment team for the initial Digital Commerce Projects then work with the IT Delivery Supplier Enablement team to make it mass market SCalable.
o Assist Market IT with the transition to a BAU business model once the Digital project has been delivered.
o Work with functions including Legal and Global Technology Risk Management to ensure approved digital commerce designs being implemented in each Market are legally fit for purpose and consider security and brand protection needs.

Digital Commerce Product Education:
o Arrange for Market IT to receive technical training on Digital Technology products.
o Provide best practice know-how and deployment documentation to enable mass deployment the digital platform to the UK or Singapore IT Delivery Technology Deployment Centre.
o Maintain market engagement through digital working group meetings and market alignment meetings.
o Manage the creation of digital commerce technical training material.

Digital Governance:
o Facilitate virtual working team meetings for each approved Project.
o Support Market governance meetings, ensure actions, issues, decisions are tracked.
o Help prepare for digital project leadership meetings.

Active engagement with Key partners:
o Develop strong working relationship with internal stake-holders including: - Corporate IT, Segment Teams, Digital COE, Operations, Legal and market stakeholders.
o Develop strong working relationship with internal stake-holders including: - Digital Adoption Partners and other key suppliers.
o Central IT point of contact for Corporate and market teams for each project assigned to.
Educated to degree level.
A minimum of 5 years experience as a Product or Project Manager ideally having previous experience of Digital commerce and/or point of sale solutions in the retail sector, or working within a Digital Commerce agency.
Experience working with Global (virtual) teams preferred.
Energetic, enthusiastic, organised, customer focused with a strong attention to detail.
Experience of business process engineering - capable of interpreting user/customer requirements and working with IT team to translate these into clear and concise process flow documentation.
Knowledge of formal change management processes and methodologies such as ITILv3 and Agile development
Exceptional influence skills - demonstrated ability to create followership, orchestrate and motivate teams from planning through the delivery of solutions.
Desire and ability to build strong, cohesive relationships at all levels of the organization- up, down, and across Demonstrated technical acumen.
Ability to deliver information in a clear, concise way.
Talented facilitator who can lead workshops, steering meetings and planning discussions with skill.
Self-driven leader who actively works to remove barriers to achieving results.
Adapts to changes in priorities with ease, comfortable working in the grey while defining the way forward.
Additional European languages are an advantage.
Occasional travel is required by the role, estimated at 10-20%, mainly Pan-European. The frequency may vary depending on the market or the project phase.
Work to tight timescales with high quality deliverables.
Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
Strong problem solver/lateral thinker.
