We are looking for a Senior Insurance Business Architect to join the team and work as part of our multi-disciplinary automation team for our client in financial services. You would be part of our innovation and solution incubation team.
We are looking for individuals with passion and desire to build really cool automation solutions that express our client's goals to sell and build brands across growing digital touch points.
Skills and experience required:
Minimum 15-18 years relevant experience in Insurance industry as Business Architect,
Extensive exposure across Insurance Value Chain, especially spanning Pension, Life and Property & Casualty,
Deep understanding of revenue stream for Insurance industries,
Strong understanding of Cost to Income ratios for the insurance industry,
Extensive experience in optimizing the cost models for Insurance spend,
Extensive experience in implementing strategic technology initiatives for transformation of business and operations,
Ability to lead and champion change,
Should be able to lead and assist in the development and management of the company's business model and business technology agenda,
Investigates the various business processes of the company and develops architectures to support the business units and strategic goals.
Documents the inter-relationships between business processes (people & systems) and the hierarchy of the processes,
Defines enterprise business architecture,
Strong networking and relationship skills to partner well with client organization,
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in order to meet deadlines,
Can work well and communicate effectively with diverse teams,
Not afraid to represent your opinions, ideas and creative concepts,
Experience of working in a challenging and fast paced environment,
Team player who is motivated, self-learner and well organized.
