Job description - IT Support Engineer
Scope of work:
Onsite incident resolution:
ITSM ticket reception and verification
Contact end-user
Performing incident resolution
Data restoration/move if necessary
Fix verification
Incident closure
Onsite IMAC implementation:
ITSM ticket reception and verification
Contact end-user
Performing requested IMAC in accordance with existing procedures
IMAC verification
Request closure
Update asset management database
