Description:
Business managers in the identification, development and implementation of service quality and process initiatives, strategy and documentation.
- Develop his/her knowledge of the SAP client solution so that he/she can be independent on the different project activities
- Collect and feed the mapping tables during the Data Migration phase
- Contribute and assist the Client during the validation of data extractions et data upload during the Data Migration phase
- Conduct demos/presentations of the SAP client solution in SAP for the SAP Supply chain Warehouse management (WM) area, in SAP and training tools in order to train users and make them adhere to the SAP client solution without compromising the integrity of the existing solution.
- Prepare, execute and assist users during test phases (Unit tests, integration tests, User Acceptance Tests)
- Prepare and conduct project meetings (Design, action plan review, issue log review, solution presentation, activities follow-up, tests follow-up, etc)
- Create localized deliverables that are expected depending on the site specificities
- Collect site-specific customizing and update customizing documentation
- Test localized customizing
- Participate to definition of cut-over activities
- Participate to cut-over and execute tasks assigned to Supply chain Warehouse management (WM) roll-out team
- Prepare training documentation related to Core SAP client solution for the Supply chain Warehouse management (WM) area, using the tool identified by the client (Work Performance Builder)
