Incident Manager (Swedish Speaker)
A great long-term opportunity for a Swedish Speaking Incident Manager for a new project in 2017.
One of our major clients is looking for a Swedish Speaking Incident Manager for a 24+ month Contract. The start is flexible the earlier the better.
The Swedish Speaking Incident Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Will be responsible to handle all incidents including major incidents
- Preferable to have ITIL certification
- Will be responsible for all processes in incident-problem-change (IPC) during operations and will drive the service integration function (own and drive other vendor's IPC).
- Required to understand standards and processes required for customer and implement/refine the processes.
- Responsible to drive all incidents occurring at customer operation
- Will coordinate with offshore IPC team for Change and Problem Management activities
- Manage Service support and service delivery activities in-line with ITIL best practices
- Identifies opportunities for service improvements and assist teams to execute service improvement initiatives
The Swedish Speaking Incident Manager will ideally have the following experience:
- 3 years of incident management experience in a production environment
- Very good Knowledge and experience of ITIL processes
- Very good experience and Knowledge of processes in incident-problem-change (IPC). Must be good at problem management
- Experience in Service support and service delivery activities in-line with ITIL best practices
- Very good at coordination and collaboration
- Must have managed a team preferably in an international setup
- Must have Swedish and English fluency
