Incident Manager (Swedish Speaker)

A great long-term opportunity for a Swedish Speaking Incident Manager for a new project in 2017.

One of our major clients is looking for a Swedish Speaking Incident Manager for a 24+ month Contract. The start is flexible the earlier the better.

The Swedish Speaking Incident Manager will be responsible for the following:

  • Will be responsible to handle all incidents including major incidents
  • Preferable to have ITIL certification
  • Will be responsible for all processes in incident-problem-change (IPC) during operations and will drive the service integration function (own and drive other vendor's IPC).
  • Required to understand standards and processes required for customer and implement/refine the processes.
  • Responsible to drive all incidents occurring at customer operation
  • Will coordinate with offshore IPC team for Change and Problem Management activities
  • Manage Service support and service delivery activities in-line with ITIL best practices
  • Identifies opportunities for service improvements and assist teams to execute service improvement initiatives

The Swedish Speaking Incident Manager will ideally have the following experience:

  • 3 years of incident management experience in a production environment
  • Very good Knowledge and experience of ITIL processes
  • Very good experience and Knowledge of processes in incident-problem-change (IPC). Must be good at problem management
  • Experience in Service support and service delivery activities in-line with ITIL best practices
  • Very good at coordination and collaboration
  • Must have managed a team preferably in an international setup
  • Must have Swedish and English fluency
