Workday Support Analyst

A Workday Support Analyst is urgently required for a long-term, lucrative contract with a market leading Financial Services client based in Amsterdam.

The Workday Support Analyst will act as the IT expert for Interfaces of the new Workday application and will work within a team that is responsible for the design, configuration, and testing of applications and deployment processes as well as the maintenance and eventually decommissioning of applications.

The Workday Support Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and management of all interfaces from and to Workday. The Workday Support Analyst will perform high level as well as detailed impact analysis for all changes on the interfaces. The Workday Support Analyst will be skilled in all ITIL-processes in order to ensure business continuity and will be capable of configuring Interfaces.

The Workday Support Analyst will ideally have 65%+ of the following skills and experience:

  • Knowledge of banking HR Business Processes.
  • Knowledge of the way HR Processes and Products are processed from/to Workday from/to all relevant IT systems.
  • Workday Integration Experience including EIB, Core Connectors and Studio.
  • Workday Report writing
  • Technical Programming Skills in other applications
  • English speaker, Dutch speakers strongly preferred

The Workday Support Analyst will have responsibilities including:

  • Interface Monitoring
  • Operational support of all in- and outbound interfaces (Operational support of connections with Tier 2 and Tier 3 applications and SSO)
  • Processing and monitoring of in- and outbound interfaces
  • Scheduling and monitoring batch processes
  • Configuration Management
  • Interface Management
  • Incident management, problem management, change management, release management, Security management, capacity management
  • Interface registration (ie HPSC, CDS, CMDB) and Interface Changes
  • Conduct Impact Analysis
  • Develop changes in Workday
  • Test changes and liaise with Business Analysts and other teams
  • Migrate changes between Workday tenants
  • Testing - Prepare, execute and evaluate functional, acceptance and integration test
  • UAM has to comply with the Minimum-Security guidelines (segregation of functions)
  • Determine segregation of duties.
