Description

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a major Private Sector Client for the position of Financial Administration Lead.

The role will be based in Bristol, however the successful candidate can work from another client site if they are happy to travel to Bristol as and when required.

The role is for a contract length of 12 months.

Tasks & Responsibilities

- Work Order to payment' process administration and GRN/Invoicing Tracking & Support

- PPM System Administration, contract staff on and off boarding standards management & administration support

- Portfolio & Departmental Financial Reporting

Knowledge/Experience Required

- Able to ensure compliance within financial control processes, provide financial management information and support procurement and payment processing.

- Able to maintain project portfolio management systems and tools.

- Able to provide management information reporting

- Energy/Utility Background advantageous but not essential

- Supervisory Experience

- Assertive and Discreet personality with a questioning attitude
