Sopra Steria Recruitment is working in partnership with a major Private sector client in the UK. We are currently recruiting a Finance and Administration lead for an initially 12 month contract based in Bristol.
Responsibilities:
- Work order to payment' process administration and GRN/invoicing tracking & support.
- PPM system administration, contract staff on- and off-boarding standards management & administration support.
- Portfolio & departmental financial reporting.
Essential experience:
- Able to ensure compliance with financial control processes, provide financial management information and support procurement and payment processing.
- Able to maintain project portfolio management systems and tools.
- Able to provide management information reporting.
