Your tasks:
- Advise, guide and manage the RfX Process independently in line with Customers Sourcing Guidelines
- Use global standards and processes to achieve both strategic and operational success for defined spend categories
- Decide independently on type of RfX, develop necessary parameters
- Responsible for carry out the negotiation and contracting activities independently & autonomously
- Business Partnering & Cross Functional Collaboration
- Support BP with all relevant information to start Procurement Process to cover all demands in the most efficient way
- Taking active part in critical, cross-functional projects to realize savings potential and implement business opportunities.
- Deliver best value/ Total cost of Ownership (TCO)
- Prepare and run analysis on supply markets, historic spend data, usage patterns and draw conclusions
- Drive and implement the supplier relationship management process across allocated categories in order to ensure suppliers meet Customers requirements
- Support and execution of SOP’s and other Purchasing documentation as required
Your qualifications
- Working experience in the area of services (indirect materials) is a prerequisite, experience in sourcing of Consulting Services is an advantage
- Extensive strategic sourcing experience in a global company with significant spend responsibility
- Strong knowledge of business, negotiation and contracting of complex business agreements
- Intercultural awareness, interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills with a global mind set
- Fluency in German and English written and spoken
