Job Requirements (Passive equipment maintenance)
Job responsibilities
1. Analyze and research passive equipment maintenance technology of communication site and develop the technical solutions to popularize the world project. Including, but not limited to, maintenance methods, techniques, and automation tools for equipment such as diesel generators, air conditioners, batteries, towers, communication power supplies.
2. Analyze the passive maintenance status of the frontline project, find and develop the advanced maintenance technology solution, and solve the pain point of the project.
3. As the MS Project technical support of passive equipment maintenance, on-site or remote solve the problem, and form a summary of experience;
4. Responsible for the technical solution input and output analysis, trial verification, safeguard technology solution can effectively enhance the profitability of frontline MS projects
5. Research the frontline project, and cooperation with the industry's best manufacturers, select the optimal maintenance equipment and optimal maintenance tools;
6. To support the global marketing and delivery of major projects, the effective identification of project risks, to provide ways to avoid, from the maintenance of technology to ensure the success of the project
Job requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above (diploma and degree certificate), communications, electronics, computer, automatic control or other related professional graduation.
2. More than 5 years experience in field maintenance service of communication network, or engaged in R & D, maintenance and master passive equipment
3. Familiar with the main manufacturers passive equipment, maintenance tools, maintenance technology, and site monitoring
1 Power supply: familiar with Huawei, Emerson, Delta and other mainstream power products, skilled use of electrical maintenance tools and master power monitoring technology.
2 Battery: Familiar with Shuangdeng, Leoch, Narada, Coslight and other mainstream battery products, skilled use of discharge tester, battery tester and other maintenance tools and master battery maintenance technology.
3 Diesel Generator: Familiar with Perkins, Caterpillar, France West SDMO and other mainstream oil products, master the double DG switch and DG maintenance (in, overhaul, etc.) technology.
4 Air conditioning: Familiar with SABRO, Daikin, LG and other mainstream site air conditioning products, master the dual air conditioning switch and air conditioning maintenance (fault detection, fluoride, etc.).
5 Tower: Master the maintenance technology (VSWR, antenna azimuth test) of various towers (square, single tower, cable tower, landscaping tower, etc.).
6 Shelter: Master the maintenance technology(sealing, waterproofing, fireproofing, etc.) of various shelters (indoor, outdoor, brick).
4. Excellent communication, presentation and documentation skills.
5. Agile thinking, logical ability, good at learning and summarizing.
6. Mature and motivated working attitude, energetic and able to adapt to work in a multicultural and diverse environment;
7. English requirements CET-4 or above, and as a working language.
8. Able to adapt to travel around the world.
