Service Request Administrator

This Major UK bank is currently recruiting for Service Request Administrators to join them in the new year.

The successful candidates will be fully trained in 1 of the disciplines within the Service Request team, this includes the following areas,

Procurement, Resource Booking and Request management, this is a centralised team providing support to the banks nationwide locations.

The primary purpose of the analyst will be to provide support and fulfil requests from internal colleagues and suppliers.

Experience/Skills:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Experience of working in a Service Centre environment
  • Experience dealing with third party Vendors
  • Must be proficient in MS Office and Outlook

The rate is initially £8.25 per hour + holiday pay whilst training with further increases once fully trained. If this is of interest then please apply and I will be in touch by phone to discuss.
