Overview:
- Searching for customer service call reps for a Treasury conversion project. What you will be doing is learning the old and new systems (Q2) and taking and making phone calls to Treasury clients, walking them through the new system and answering any questions they have.
- Your first two to three weeks will be training of systems,; most important is for this position we need people who are able to learn systems pretty quickly and have excellent customer service skills as they will be speaking with clients.
- You will be moving systems from Carrillion to Q2
- End client support to external clients
- Banking industry is required, especially online banking
- You will be resetting passwords, retesting files
- Need experience with Teller, Clearing Cash
Job Description: Treasury Management Client Support Specialist
Prerequisites:
- Associates degree or higher preferred
- One year Financial Accounting experience or course work required
- Treasury cash management experience
- Proven strong service orientation and excellent customer service skills
- Proven understanding of the technical aspects of Treasury products, eg, file formats, transaction flows, file transmissions, etc.
- Strong organizational skills including effective time management in all key responsibilities of the job
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Able to establish positive working relationships
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook; Visio a plus
- Able to work at a computer for extended periods of time
Position Responsibilities:
- Acts as Subject Matter Expert for Treasury products, services and systems
- Provides support on Treasury Products for external clients
- Provides support on Treasury products, services and systems for sales personnel as needed
- Performs testing of ACH file uploads, (both CSV and NACHA formats) as needed
- Performs testing of Positive Pay issue file uploads as needed
- Communicates with clients or their designees regarding testing and any format changes needed
- Performs installation, testing and ongoing support for Remote Deposit Capture clients
- Provides client training on various Treasury products as needed (onsite and remote)
- Acts as a liaison with various Treasury product vendors to facilitate implementation of products such as Account Recon, Lockbox, Positive Pay, Crossroads, etc.
- Acts as back-up for both Core Business support and Signature Service support
- Performs other duties as assigned
