We currently have a vacancy for a SW Test Engineer to offer his/her services within a European Organisation (client) in Paris to start ASAP a 10 months contract (initial) in an EN-speaking environment.
Extensions are possible; the perspective is long-term/multiple-years. Our client is an international Organisation and a great reference in any CV.
This is an urgent role so interviews and offers will be made fast.

Tasks & Responsibilities
The SW Test Engineer will collaborate closely with the testing team and customers in order to pursue the quality assurance of its key IT applications and perform the required testing tasks.
More specifically:
- Work with the analysts and developers to review requirements
- Create formal test cases in a test case management tool
- Execute test cases for new features and regression
- Use defect tracking tools to track and follow up issues
- Reproduce bugs & retest corrections
- Create automated functional tests
- Support User Acceptance Testing
Skills & Experience
- Engineering Studies and 3-5 years of similar working experience
- At least 1 year experience in testing activities of Web-based applications
- Previous experience in testing products and solutions in the finance/markets area will be highly appreciated
- Previous experience in reviewing and validating business requirements will be highly appreciated
- Excellent use of English language (verbal & written)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and within multi-disciplined teams
- Goal-orientation, positive and cooperative attitude, problem solving, communication and self- management skills
- Disciplined & structured personality, team player
