One of our clients is a leading Global ICT solutions provider and they are looking to recruit an IP Datacom Support Engineer.
Within the role of IP Datacom Support Engineer you can expect to be participating in activities which will enhance your skills and knowledge, these will include:
- Handling Technical problems within current projects and devices already within live environment
- Achieving agreed standards
- Maintaining excellent technical communications with customers
- Establish a maintenance routine which handles problems in a timely manner
- Support and training for customers
- Participate in workshops
In the role of IP Datacom Support Engineer you will be increasing your knowledge and skills across:
- Understanding of IP technologies - MPLS/VPN/BGP/OSPF/BFD/VPN and QinQ
- In depth understanding of related technologies and an ability to translate requirements
- Proven background with completing project maintenance - Including support/implementation and troubleshooting
