We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company, to join their project in China.

Position Title: ICT Finance Architect
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: February 2017
Duration: 6 months initially

Responsibilities:
- Research the request from customers of financial industry, mainly banks.
- According to the industry-leading experience, combine the ability of the client’s ICT products and services to determine the direction of financial industry ICT products and services development in the next 3 to 5 years (IT and network infrastructure and services).
- Develop panorama of the financial services industry and advise on the ICT services/products design methodology and business models.

Qualifications/Skills Required:
- 15+ years of working experience in the ICT industry, including 10+ years of ICT projects experience within Finance industry.
- Have an overview of global ICT services and products for finance industry.
- Preferably worked as CTO/CIO within finance industry or at least very familiar with CTO/CIO office operating model.
- Extensive experience with ICT strategy design and implementation for finance sector, including ICT infrastructure architecture/transformation and ICT service architecture/transformation.
- Good knowledge of the ITO methodology and business model design.
