*Fund Administrator Wanted*
Fund Administrator wanted for our well established Financial services client in Edinburgh. Ideally coming from a data analysis background who has some understanding of fund administration.
Day to day responsibilities include:
- Assist with controls and reviews within team
- Advanced query resolution, often working independently
- Develop expert knowledge of systems
- Liaise effectively with other departments resolving issues timeously, and providing recognised service excellence
- Participate in projects impacting wider group where possible
- Perform the data profiling process, completing root cause analysis if issues arise and undertake remediation action where required
- Undertake static data reviews
- Perform monthly reconciliation to the General Ledger
- Work closely with Data Owners to ensure any data issues are resolved and root cause is provided to line manager
Essential skills:
- Any relevant financial services experience with appropriate system
- Strong excel skills
- Superior excel knowledge
- Experience of working in fund administration/data management or similar environment
Desirable skills:
- Bloomberg knowledge
- Broad understanding of Solvency II regulations
- Broad understanding of fund administration and pricing process
