ISDA Negotiator:
ISDA negotiator is urgently sought for a 3 month contract in Central London with a possibility of longer term renewal.
We are looking for a junior to intermediate ISDA Negotiator with ideally 1-3 years experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating ISDA master agreements (including schedules, credit support annexes...etc)
Bonus skills include: knowledge of uncleared margin rules, prime brokerage agreements, credit and lending, securities and repurchase agreements.
The ISDA Negotiator will closely with the client to ensure compliance with trading documentation regulations. The ISDA Negotiator will also help improve the client's negotiation processes, where appropriate.
