The Job:
The Change Operations Lead will support the delivery of the Change Management work stream for the Information Classification project to include the delivery of the communications plan, the training plan and deliverables as outlined in the overall Change Strategy.
Key Accountabilities:
Support the Project Manager and Change Manager in the co-ordination and delivery of the following:
Attend meetings to understand how business and policy changes impacts on end-users
Co-ordinate workshops with Champions and end users
Develop and rollout end user communications
Measure support, resistance and engagement for implementation
Develop training material
Co-ordinate the rollout of the training plan
Assess end user readiness
Support sustainment of information classification through reporting on KPI's and providing ongoing support
What you will need:
Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written)
Possesses strong interpersonal skills
Experience working with Change in a project environment and/or a desire to gain greater exposure to Change. Desirable to have experience of Prosci or other structured Change Management discipline
Ability to troubleshoot and quickly prioritise issues and requests
Strong documentation and assessment skills
Interested in working in project environment
