The role:
-
This role is to be the Global ERP Local Change Coordinator during the deployment at wave or site level depending of the complexity and size.

You will build and follow up Local Change Management action plan and localize tools and templates provided by Change Management Central team

You will deploy locally change activities that minimize employee resistance and maximize employee engagement
-
You will act as facilitator for local trainings of Key Users and end-users
-
You will track & report issues
During the rollout you will:

Participate to the Change On-boarding training delivered by central Change Management team

Organize and Perform Local Impacts Analysis with Local Process Lead and Key users
-
Complete local Change management Plan template based on identified local impacts
-
Deploy Change activities locally in coordination with Senior Local Change Lead
-
Liaise with local partners if needed (Communication, training, HR)

Localize the communication plan and content, and deploy
-
Localize the training need analysis with support of Key users
-
Ensure Key users coordination and logistic for trainings (if hub)
-
Ensure that localization of Core Model training documentation is done
-
Organize end-user training delivery (invite, room, logistic) in coordination with training coordinator
-
Monitor Change Management Plan execution and provide follow-up, feedback and KPI to Central Change Management Leads & Senior Local Change Lead

Report potential resistance to Senior Local Change Lead
