Service Request Analyst

Are you looking for a new start in 2017? If you are then this Major UK bank is currently recruiting for a number of Service Request Analysts to join their existing teams.

The successful candidates will be trained in 1 of the disciplines within the Service Request team, they are as follows;

Procurement

Resource Booking

Request management

This is a centralised team providing support to all of the banks locations nationwide.

The primary purpose of the analyst will be to provide support and fulfil requests from internal colleagues and suppliers.

Experience/Skills:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous customer service experience

- Experience of working in a Service Centre environment

  • Experience dealing with third party Vendors
  • Must be proficient in MS Office and Outlook
