Our Financial Sector client currently requires multiple Service Request Analysts (Customer Service/
Administrator/Call Centre Operatives) to join their team based on the border of Leicestershire, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire.
Working in an Call centre styled environment as Booking Reservation Agent you will:
- Ensure all requests for Service requests are processed correctly, and ensure the systems process is managed effectively by all involved.
- Room booking as requested.
- Promote and follow all escalation routes.
- Assist customers with Service requests issues and resolutions.
- Provide excellent customer care skills whilst communicating via phone, email and multimedia channels.
- Ensure customers are aware of the progress of their request.
- Support the objectives of all service request functions through multi skilled development.
This role has alternating shift patterns, one week having shifts of 8am-5pm followed by the next week of 9am-6pm shifts.
Skills/Experience:
- Customer Service experience is preferable
- Experience in an office based/administration environment is preferable
- Minimum of C grade GCSE English and Math
- Full knowledge of MS Office including Outlook is essential
- Excellent level of verbal and written communication skills
This is an initial 3 month contract which has the ability to be a rolling 6th month contract Dependent upon performance!
