ITIL Service Delivery Manager - Belgium

Languages: ENGLISH speaking, DUTCH and/or FRENCH desirable

Skills and Experience:

  • Master's degree (or equivalent), preferably in an area related to ICT and/or business administration
  • A few years' work experience in an ICT department, preferably in a coordinating role
  • Good knowledge of Service Support and Service Delivery processes (ITIL/ISO 20000)
  • Sound knowledge of the following methodologies (considered as an asset):
    • ISO9001
    • CMMI
    • Balanced Scorecard
    • CObIT
    • Lean
    • Six Sigma
    • SWOT
