ITIL Service Delivery Manager - Belgium
Languages: ENGLISH speaking, DUTCH and/or FRENCH desirable
Skills and Experience:
- Master's degree (or equivalent), preferably in an area related to ICT and/or business administration
- A few years' work experience in an ICT department, preferably in a coordinating role
- Good knowledge of Service Support and Service Delivery processes (ITIL/ISO 20000)
- Sound knowledge of the following methodologies (considered as an asset):
- ISO9001
- CMMI
- Balanced Scorecard
- CObIT
- Lean
- Six Sigma
- SWOT
