· 3 days per week on the project

Systems Admin
Job Specific Responsibilities
Incident resolutions; Implementation, maintenance and support of Infrastructure
Support of audits, PCI, scan and penetration test results.
Help pro-actively drive significant reductions in the number of incidents and the time to restore.
Support existing systems and beeing responsible for technical aspects of a project. Performs additional job duties as required.
Identify opportunities to make process efficiencies in production support. Improve global standard operating procedures.
New tools implementation
Support application team with resolving of incidents, problems and issues.
On call duties for Stratus systems
*Candidate Requirements: Strong technical knowledge in Distributed or mainframe operating systems, subsystems, and software vendor products.
Deep knowledge of the following systems:
Stratus (preferred), or
HP NonStop servers or
MicroVAX systems, or
HP UNIX systems, or
Unisys
Experiences with problem management
Knowledge of TCPIP and X25 communication
Experiences with ITIL - general overview, basic knowledge and understanding of ITIL.
Knowledge of banking sector, understanding of business issues facing and clients.
Experiences with IT in banking sector (preferred)
Team player
Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of related technical experience. BS Degree, Associates or equivalent work experience.
ITIL v3 foundation certificate - advantage
English language - written and verbal
