Skype for Business Online Technical Lead - Skype for Business - Pharmaceutical - Spain
NextLink is currently looking for a Skypefor Business Online Technical Lead to work for our well-known, global, pharmaceutical client in Spain, Barcelona.
Background/Context
Our client is requiring support to coordinate and support the rollout of the Skype for Business Online (Office 365).
Service description
- Review the existing implementation plan of Skype for Business Online
- Review and take over the technical activities to support the migration in 22+ different geographical sites (managed globally, three time zones).
- Adapt the plan - if needed - to fulfil local requirements (technical/functional/non-functional)
- Coordinate the technical migration and deployment, working with the local stakeholders (Local Change Champions), the technical operations team, the UCC architect to migrate and deploy the SfBO service to 5000+ users.
- Train the Local Change Champions and Early Adopters on the Skype for Business Online scenarios: IM, Audio/Video Conferencing, PSTN Conferencing.
Requisites:
- At least 5+ years of relevant tech experience engineering/architecting Lync implementations
- At least 2+ years of relevant tech experience with Skype for Business (Online) service
- 2+ years of experience in IT planning and project management
- Experience designing and implementing Cloud based services
- Experience with the following Microsoft products:
- MS Lync & Skype for Business (Online)
- MS Office 365 (including Exchange Server)
- DirSync & AADConnect
- Document Management projects exposure
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English
Nice to have:
- Certifications in the Skype for Business/Lync
- Experience in Pharma industry. Experience in validated, GxP environments
- Fluent in German, Spanish, French
