Description
One of The Netherlands leading companies is looking for an Operate Landscape Manager to take the lead in operations in the landscape and the delivery of day to day application services. The OLM drives incident and problem resolution by assisting in key operational activities in terms of delivery, fixes, and supportability with operations staff and suppliers.
You will Ensure that end-to-end performance is monitored and maintained to high level of quality, standards, supportability and operability as defined within negotiated and agreed SLA's and to propose and implement necessary Service Improvements. And you are Responsible to ensure the Application portfolio is compliant with the relevant IT controls and information security standards & baselines. You are also responsible for the execution/deployment of releases and approval of changes.
We are looking for someone with:
- 5 years of experience in an IT application support environment supporting critical business applications.
- Deep knowledge of infrastructure landscapes including underlying infrastructure concepts
- Deep knowledge of service support, operation & design processes (ITIL)
- Proven experience with support for either Active Directory and/or Encryption/Identity/Authentication management and/or Network/Firewall management
- Work experience with working in the Oil and Gas branch
- Excellent English language skills
This contracting job is in The Hague and will be for at half a year with a change of renewal.
