SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER and IT CONTRACTING SOLUTIONS for EMEA based in ITALY (m/f)

We are currently looking to hire an experienced Sales Consultant with experience in IT/SAP/CLOUD/BIG DATA/IOT, to advise and mediate IT/SAP Specialist and business development into the European Market.

Your Skills
- At least 3 years of experience as international recruitment consultant/Account Manager
- Availability to live and work in Italy
- Team Leader spirit, Control performance of future team members, keep up motivation
- Proven track records of exceeding sales targets, strong proactive and customer focused self-starter
- Excellent communication (written/presentation) and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and additional languages (German, Dutch Norwegian, Danish, Spanish etc.) would be an dvantage
- Ability to work in a very dynamic, enterpreneurial and revenue driven environment
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple delas/commercial negotiations simultaneously

Your Tasks
- Identify and qualify new accounts, opportunities and leads
- Aggressively create solution awareness within the market
- Build candidate pipeline, recruitment, selection and submission of ICT/SAP Specialists
- Develop and manage the creation of client-facing including proposals, presentations and RFP responses
- Positioning of value proposition from an enterprise perspective
- Tracking the daily performance (database maintenance)
- Ensuring the operational measures (sales cycle)
- Maintain on-going relationship with new clients
- Conduct sales presentations in person and via web conferencing
- Manage partner sales relationships and joint sales activities
- Collaborate with other sales and practice managers within company on potential cross-practice opportunities
- Manage and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets, ensuring the operational measures (sales cycle)
- Maintain in-depth understanding of the market
