12 month contract
£22-32k + shift uplift (4k) + OT - 3 shift pattern
Joining this world class manufacturing business you will form part of dedicated Maintenance team providing plant engineering support in planned and reactive maintenance to maximise production output.
You will utilise your extensive mechanical fault-finding capability, identifying root cause issues on automated production machinery to minimise downtime and drive improvements in safety and reliability.
Building robust relationships to solve complex production problems your professional approach will enable the department to optimise output, efficiency's and drive forward maintenance management in the business through effective breakdown support and PPM activity.
Candidate
Mechanically biased you will have experience in the maintenance of automated production and manufacturing equipment or heavy industrial machinery. With strong knowledge within hydraulic and pneumatic systems alongside their controls (drives, tension control, robotics, automated systems) you will be diligent, conscientious and proactive. With multiple opportunities available this would suit a Mechanical Technician, Fitter or someone early in their career, through to a highly experienced Engineer.
