Description
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce developer to advance the development efforts of the(eCG) central Salesforce platform. In this position, you will play a key role as a development expert for Salesforce.com and related applications where you will be implementing an advanced Salesforce solution that will support multiple organizations the companies group. The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce implementations of more than 50 users and working in a team of at least 3 developers. Experience working within a Center of Excellence (CoE) is also desirable. This is a hands-on role that requires significant technical experience and abilities with Salesforce.com and related cloud technologies.
Core Duties
Work directly with our business customers to collect, analyze and refine business, functional, and technical requirements
Manage all aspects of the Salesforce.com CRM platform including, data, contacts, leads, custom objects, workflows, profiles, roles, etc.
Develop and maintain Visual Force, APEX, App Exchange apps, Force.com pages, and integration APIs
Document and develop code according to specifications and standards
Prepare test plan with data and conduct basic unit and/or module testing
Provide guidance and support for offshore development efforts
Manage Quality Assurance and defect resolution efforts
Work as a senior member of the development team, provide guidance and support for less senior team members
Participate in project team meetings and communicate effectively with peers, architects, system analysts, business analysts, project managers and other members of the extended team

Skills Required
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English) and Ability to work and communicate within a team consisting of technical and business members
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Understanding of complex data integration and migration practices
Skills Desired
Experience in Quality Assurance and Continuous Integration is highly desired
Experience working with offshore development teams
Experience
3+ years of Salesforce development experience including APEX, SOQL, and VisualForce
Educational Requirements
B.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent
