Microsoft Lync and Exchange Specialist

Job Responsibilities include - Installation of the AD Infrastructure, SQL server clusters, enterprise Exchange email systems, telecom gateways, Polycom telephony devices - enterprise IM/Voicemail systems/operation management and SCORCH automation system to support 5000 users across cloud networks.
The above includes solution specs, system builds, deployment, support and product life cycle management. Emphasis on successful Information Assurance remediation + compliance + exchange migration experience.
Role responsibility for analysing, implementing and troubleshooting NATO production system. Experience with MS Server 2012R2 is preferred.
A strongly experienced Microsoft engineer is required who has experience in Exchange Migration, Lync, VOIP and AD.

REQUIREMENTS - experience with MS AD, SQL server, SCOM (System center operations manager), SCORCH, Exchange Server, Lync.
Proven experience supporting/troubleshooting Group Policy Objects (GPO)
Proficient in MS infrastructure security
Includes unifies communication & phone engineer - Polycom, phones, PBX, SIP trunk integration with Lync
Experience with NATO/US Department of defence Security technical implementation guides.
Microsoft certifications (AD, exchange, lync, SQL, SCOM, SCORCH)
Experience with Polycom VVX and Lync enabled phones
