IBM MDM Server - Enterprise Edition - IBM WCC
As a System Designer you are required to understand the business requirement and build the corresponding design. Other responsibilities includes working with the Customer Data Platform Architect in designing solutions that support the delivery of the technical roadmap for Customer Data. Working with Business Analysts and Solution Designers from Business Change projects to understand their requirements and designing solutions that meet their needs. Estimating the effort required to deliver the changes required to support Business Change projects and documenting the solution with a sufficient level of granularity to enable build and testing to proceed. Collaborating with designers and technical contacts from other Platform and Feature teams to enable understanding of dependencies and interactions required on Business Change projects. Taking the lead on all Design activity in the Customer Data team and providing direction, mentoring and support to other System Designers, where it is required. Providing advice and consultancy to operational teams utilising Customer Data on MDM in understanding the impact of existing data quality issues and corrective action required.
