Next Ventures is URGENTLY seeking a Software Project Leader for a client in the Paris area.
Technical missions:-
With the support of Software Team Leaders (BSW and CL), supports the R&D PTM to identify & clarify Project and Customer needs
At Software Project level, manage the system requirements specification. Formalize the software requirements specification. Ensure that requirements are consistent, complete, correct, and operationally defined.
At Software Project level, s/he is responsible of the definition the Architecture and of the elicitation and allocation of the requirements to the elements defined in his/her project,
Manages CCB (Change Control Board) meeting to allocate each requirement to a delivery as well as understand and assess the impact of problem reports and change requests on these requirements.
Based on information provided by Software Team Leaders of the elements included in his/her Software Product, plan the software development according to costs and deadlines (quotation and planning, SW Dashboard). Elaborate the schedule and define the necessary resources (SW Forecast). Formalize the Software Development Plan regarding the full Software Project.
Follow up the progress of development and validations. Review validation reports and ensure consistency with Issue tracking tool, elicitation Matrix and delivery perimeter.
At Software Project Level, maintains the full traceability and compliance Matrix of all requirements allocated to SW
Be responsible for the quality of the Software Product under the control of the Software Quality Assurance Contributor.
At Software Project level, report all planning and follow up information to the R&D PTM (expenses in hours in SW Dashboard). Identify the drifts and risks. Ensure the technical management of resources. Manage the configuration, follow-up of the problems and evolutions.
Analyze the testability and define the validation means.
At Software Project level, support the R&D PTM for all technical analysis needed for issue identification and correction
General missions:-
Define and control the development methodology to be applied on his/her project
Participate to the know-how capitalization (RAISE, standardization, improvement proposals)
Train and coach team members of his/her team
Integrate CIP, CLEAN, QRQC, LLC mindset
Participate to Software Department meetings
Environmental & Security missions:-
In the frame of the ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certifications, commit to Safety and Environmental issues
Contract:-
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 months (with possibility of becoming a permanent employee)
Location: Paris
Language: English (French or German is a plus)
Rate: Depending on experience
