Description
- Possess strong knowledge of all aspects of Lync 2013 to include IM, Voice, Voicemail, Persistent Chat Rooms, Unified Messaging and Federation
- Possess strong technical skills in Lync Enterprise Voice capabilities and have perform integration would between Lync and commercial VOIP providers
- Possess strong technical skills with Session Border Controllers, preferably AudioCode and can implement:
o Dial plans
o Normalization rules
o SIP trunks
o SIP Security Protections (Application-level gateways, DDOS, malicious SIP blocking)
- Experienced with mass deployments of physical Lync-Embedded endpoints, preferable PolyCom VVX-series handsets and can develop and deploy multiple profiles (user, hot-seat, and common-use phones)
- Experienced with optimizing Lync Voice and Video over the networks through the use of QoS
- Experience with Fax over IP solutions
- Experience with 802.1X authentication/certificate authentication of PolyCom handset devices
