Description
NextLink Solutions are currently looking for a Cisco Architect for a 6 month contract (extensions possible) based in Madrid, Spain.
You will be designing and deploying the voice clustering and contact centre solutions with end devices and agents, distributed globally.
The ideal candidate will have experience in:
- Designing and deploying solutions globally
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English (particularly in technical writing
- Ability to work effectively in Global Organizations, with team members and stakeholders from different locations and different cultural background
- Cisco Customer Collaboration technologies - Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise version 9.0, 10.5 and 11.5.
- Cisco Finesse 10.5 and 11.5
- Cisco Voice Portal and 11.5
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager 10.5 and 11.5.
- Cisco SIP gateways and Unified Border Elements (UBE)
