Description
Our Swedish client is currently looking for an experienced RF Antenna Engineer for a contract opportunity based in Stockholm, Sweden. This will be an initial 6 month contract with the potential for longer term extension.
The purpose of the role:
Design and develop base station antennas for the wireless infrastructure industry. The successful candidate should have a fundamental, working knowledge in designing dual polarized antenna elements including feed structures and phase shifter in the MHz frequency range.
Essential experience:
- Practical knowledge of antenna design, preferably base station antenna
- Working knowledge at simulating antenna feed distribution networks using circuit simulation and planar design software (or similar).
- Working knowledge of HFSS and
- IMD testing using spectrum
- Substantial experience in antenna and feed network design
